Back4health believes in a client centered approach so regardless of your level of training you will receive the same expert training to ensure you attain the highest level of performance outcomes.

Our facility expands over more than 5000 sq ft and is designed so all our training and sports therapy services are under one roof. We are proud of our top end strength and conditioning arena encompassing a 1200 sq ft turfed runway along side numerous Olympic lifting platforms and racks. There is a large amount of further equipment that is used by both our coaches and therapists to ensure all our clients receive the highest standard of training.

A GYM JUST FOR YOU

We train all levels of clients from professional athletes undergoing year round training programmes to amateurs who want to feel, look and move better. What ever your goals Back4health will give you the tools to reach beyond your expectations.

We have a cap on our available gym memberships, meaning once this is reached we will take no new members until a space becomes available.

That means no overcrowding and plenty of space for you to get the most out of each of your workouts.

We don't believe in gimmicks, we believe in a pure gym for total training and the results you're looking for.

Alongside personal training we offer the option of duo or small group training (max 5 people). Not only does this reduce the cost of the sessions but also means you can train with a friend, in turn increasing the chances of adhering to your exercise programme.

Strength & Conditioning

Strength and conditioning is the correct programming and periodisation of an athletes training in order that they reach optimum performance at the correct time...... In essence by carefully working out an athletes training plan factoring in the right elements of training at the right intensities and loads at the right time we will get the results needed at the right time. Different sporting disciplines all benefit from strength and conditioning and this could range from weight training, and Olympic lifting to running drills, and jumping mechanics.
